The Role
We’re looking for an experienced Revit Technician to support our commercial team, producing coordinated BIM models and technical drawings on high-profile projects including offices, retail and mixed-use developments. You’ll work closely with architects, engineers and contractors to ensure accurate and efficient delivery.
Key Responsibilities

Develop detailed Revit models and technical drawings for commercial projects

Ensure models comply with BIM Execution Plans and industry standards

Coordinate with external consultants and internal teams

Assist in clash detection, scheduling and data management within Revit

Support project delivery from concept through to construction

Maintain drawing issue records and quality standards
Skills & Experience

Proficiency in Revit (essential)

Previous experience delivering commercial or mixed-use projects

Knowledge of UK building regulations and technical standards

Ability to work collaboratively in a multi-disciplinary team

Excellent attention to detail and time management skills
