The Role
We’re seeking a Senior Architectural Technologist to coordinate technical design for major commercial and defence schemes. This is a senior-level role where you’ll oversee detailed design, ensure compliance with MOD and security standards, and act as a mentor to junior colleagues.
Key Responsibilities

Lead production of detailed design and technical packages

Ensure compliance with MOD, security and statutory standards

Coordinate with clients, consultants and contractors throughout delivery

Mentor junior technologists and technicians

Contribute to project programming and resource planning

Maintain high technical and quality standards across all outputs
Skills & Experience

CIAT Chartered status (preferred)

Extensive Revit/AutoCAD proficiency

In-depth knowledge of UK building regulations and secure facilities

Strong communication and leadership skills
