Walker and Sloan are proud to be working for a well known Performance Marketing Agency in London as they are keen to bring on board a Senior Creative into the creative team on a full time basis.
 
The Role:
 
As a Senior Creative in the Creative and Brand team, you’ll be responsible for developing and communicating creative concepts that engage and inspire audiences. You’ll be central through the process of producing creative work; involved in the early client meetings to understand business objectives and establish the creative brief, through all stages of design and implementation. You’ll be obsessed with your craft, always looking for creative fuel that inspires and improves your work and developing your own point of view on creativity.
You’ll work directly with the Head of Creative and Brand, and partner closely with our Growth team and other
delivery departments to develop the best creative solutions. You’ll work across different clients and industries,
going the extra mile to understand requirements and getting involved in client growth and new business
opportunities.
Whatever you’re doing you’ll be building the knowledge and skills of those around you, mentoring creatives
within the team and building trust with our clients, or the wider team at StrategiQ. You’ll be an ambassador
for the value of creativity to improve the impact of our work.
 
Responsibilities:
  • Responsible for hands-on delivery; producing creative design work across a wide range of deliverables
  • Responsible for pitching and winning work with existing and new clients. This might include identifying opportunities, building relationships in meetings, contributing to pitch decks and pitch meetings and advocating for creative and brand internally and in the wider industry
  • Responsible for delivering high-quality work that meets agreed budgets and is delivered on time
  • Responsible for internal education; guiding and mentoring other creatives within the team and helping our wider team understand the requirements for strong creative outputs within the process of delivering our work
Skills:
  • Creativity and conceptual thinking – creative thinker with a strong point of view and a brain that thinks in and can clearly communicate creative concepts. Able to translate business, industry or cultural insights into creative concepts. Passionate about creativity and active within the creative industry with a strong creative portfolio
  • Visual communication and design mastery – experience across all aspects of design and brand development, deep understanding of design principles, typography, colour, grid and composition with obsession for pixel-perfect work
  • Software proficiency – mastery of Adobe Creative Cloud and Figma.
  • Creative innovation – using AI to drive creative efficiency and empower creative innovation
  • Technical knowledge – experience and understanding of HTML, CSS and JavaScript and ideally WordPress
  • UX and UI – understanding of and consideration for the user within the design proces
