Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Nuclear HVAC/Active Vent Design/Building Services Engineer, based near Didcot with flexibility for remote work.

The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, analysing, and implementing HVAC and active ventilation systems aligned with project specifications.

Collaborating with multi-disciplinary teams and adhering to safety and regulatory standards under the EA and ONR are key aspects of this position.

 

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in HVAC design
  • Strong troubleshooting skills
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Experience in high-hazard/ radioactive containment engineering projects or similar is an advantage
  • Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Building Services, or a relevant field good but not essential
  • Strong understanding of safety regulations and compliance standards
SC Clearance Desirable.
