They are now seeking an experienced Senior MEP Project Manager to take the lead on high-profile schemes from inception to completion.

The Role

As a Senior MEP Project Manager, you will oversee all mechanical, electrical, and public health services across multiple projects, ensuring successful delivery to the highest standards. Your responsibilities will include:

• Leading the MEP strategy and execution for MOD and Data Centre projects

• Managing project teams, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure deadlines and budgets are met

• Overseeing design development and ensuring compliance with specifications, standards, and regulations

• Driving quality, safety, and efficiency across all MEP elements

• Building strong client relationships and acting as a key point of contact throughout project delivery

This is a senior leadership role offering the opportunity to work on some of the most technically demanding projects in the region.

The Person

We are looking for a professional who brings:

• Extensive experience in managing large-scale MEP projects within construction

• Strong background in MOD and/or Data Centre projects (essential)

• Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills

• Ability to manage budgets, resources, and programmes effectively

• A proactive, problem-solving mindset and attention to technical detail
