As a Senior Paid Media Manager you’ll own and shape paid media strategy across a mix of ecommerce and lead-gen clients, working closely with client teams to turn performance insight into clear, confident recommendations.
You’ll be trusted to lead campaigns end-to-end, bring a strong point of view, and help raise the standard of paid media delivery across the agency, while also having space to influence how the service evolves. Responsibilities:
- 5+ years’ agency experience leading paid media accounts and delivering consistent commercial results

Deep ecommerce expertise, including product feeds, Google Merchant Centre and performance-led retail campaigns

Proven ability to set and own paid media strategy, with confidence managing budgets, optimisation and outcomes

Comfortable acting as a senior client partner, turning performance data into clear, persuasive recommendations

Experienced in raising standards and sharing expertise, particularly around ecommerce best practice
