Your role will be to manage all of the clients digital acquisitions, ensuring that you recruit good quality customers at the right CPA. You will need to manage our Adwords and Facebook accounts and be responsible for maximizing your media spend. You will also work very closely with the offline acquisition marketing manager to ensure the balance of spend is correct between the different channels.
The role comes with line management experience, and you will be comfortable with coaching and inspiring the digital designer.
We are looking for a digital media super star who is happy to be hands and manage accounts, while also being able to develop and communicate strategy.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the Google Adwords account.
- Manage the Bing adwords account.
- Manage the paid Facebook account.
- Establish key strategies for delivering new customer acquisition growth. Working alongside the offline marketing manager to ensure total new customer revenue targets are hit.
- Ensure key campaigns are delivered online and be the digital expert with in Oakhouse Foods. This is a role that come with real empowerment and ownership for you to shape your success.
Key Deliverables 2024:
- Hit the new customer revenue target for 2024.
- Maintain analysis of media spend and ensure CPA targets are hit.
- Ensure campaigns are brought to life online.
Capability Requirements
- 3 years + of managing Google AdWords.
- Experience of managing Facebook
- Experience or a strong desire to manage and coach a direct report.
- Magento experience is a plus but not essential.
