They are now seeking an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor to play a leading role on this flagship development.

The Role

As a Senior Quantity Surveyor, you will take commercial responsibility for the new build commercial project, ensuring financial success from start to finish. Your responsibilities will include:

• Managing project budgets, forecasts, and cost control

• Overseeing subcontractor procurement, tendering, and contract management

• Preparing valuations, variations, and final accounts

• Monitoring financial progress and reporting to senior leadership

• Providing commercial advice and support to project teams

• Ensuring compliance with contractual and financial procedures

The Person

We are looking for an individual who brings:

• Proven experience as a Quantity Surveyor, ideally at senior level, within main contracting

• Strong commercial and financial management skills

• Excellent negotiation and stakeholder management ability

• Experience on new build commercial schemes (offices, retail, mixed-use, or similar)

• A proactive and collaborative approach to driving project success
