Salary: Up to £55k/£60K DOE

Responsibilities:
- Responsible for hands on delivery; auditing, planning campaigns and delivering client growth strategies
relating to our search services - Responsible for bringing SEO consultancy to client accounts including technical reviews, architectural
recommendations, content strategy guidance and performance measurement - Responsible for leading discovering and project scoping; defining requirements, delivery approach and
measurement frameworks - Responsible for strategic direction on key accounts, ensuring search strategies align with a client’s
business goals and our wider programme of marketing work for them - Responsible for ensuring work meets the highest standards and that teams are set up for success across
technical, content and analytics workstreams - Responsible for monitoring core KPIs, ensuring they are at the heart of search strategy and delivery
- Responsible for reporting on your work and supporting Client Directors or Client Managers to demonstrate the impact of our work, including at QBRs
- Responsible for pitching and winning work with existing and new clients. Identifying opportunities, building relationships in meetings, writing proposals, contributing to pitch decks and advocating for search internally and in the wider industry
- Responsible for internal education; advocating for search, contributing to team knowledge, proposals and wider industry engagement
- Responsible for bringing innovation into the team: testing new methodologies, tools and approaches to keep at the forefront of search.
