Senior Site Manager – Regional Contractor

📍 Bristol | 💰 Up to £65,000 + Package

Walker & Sloan are recruiting for a Senior Site Manager to join a respected regional contractor delivering a prestigious £8m refurbishment project in central Bristol.

This contractor has an excellent reputation for high-quality work and staff retention. You’ll lead the project from start to finish, reporting into a visiting Contracts Manager, and will be given real autonomy to manage your own site team.

Key responsibilities:
✅ Day-to-day site management of refurbishment project
✅ Health & Safety compliance and leadership
✅ Managing subcontractors and direct labour
✅ Weekly progress reporting to senior leadership

The ideal candidate:

• Proven experience managing commercial refurbishment projects (£5m+)

• Strong communicator who can lead site teams effectively

• SMSTS, First Aid, CSCS Black Card ideally

• High attention to detail and client-focused approach
