Senior QS / QS – Bristol – Fit Out Contractor – Up to £60,000
Walker & Sloan are representing a fast-growing fit-out contractor in Bristol who are seeking a Senior Quantity Surveyor or Quantity Surveyor to join their team. This is an excellent opportunity to work on high-end commercial and retail fit-out projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Cost planning, budgeting, and procurement for fit-out projects.
- Managing contracts and valuations.
- Ensuring project financials are controlled effectively.
- Liaising with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams.
- Identifying and mitigating financial risks.
Requirements:
- Experience in fit-out or refurbishment projects.
- Strong commercial awareness and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Relevant degree or industry qualifications.
