The Role:

You’ll help shape creative direction for web projects, push digital work to be better, and play an active role in mentoring others and raising the bar for web design across the agency. Alongside web and digital design you’ll also have opportunity to work on brand projects and campaigns.
 Responsibilities:
- 5 years of proven experience in a senior design role, delivering high quality website design and digital work across multiple clients and sectors.

Sharp eye for detail and a strong portfolio showing excellence across digital design, brand and campaigns

Experience leading visual execution and art direction, confidently translating ideas into compelling creative outputs

Strong capability in Adobe Creative Cloud and Figma

Understanding of how design supports brand, performance, and commercial outcomes

Enjoy collaborating with clients and teams, communicating ideas clearly and building trust through the quality of their work
