The Company
A well-established and growing digital marketing agency based in Bristol, known for delivering data-driven and creative campaigns across a diverse client portfolio. They work with a mix of B2B and B2C brands, offering integrated services across SEO, Paid Media, Content, and Digital Strategy.
The Role
Due to continued growth, they are looking to hire a Senior SEO Executive to join their SEO team. This role will play a key part in delivering effective SEO strategies, improving organic performance, and supporting wider digital campaigns.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the planning and delivery of SEO strategies across multiple client accounts
- Carry out keyword research, competitor analysis, and technical SEO audits
- Implement on-page and technical SEO recommendations
- Monitor website performance using tools such as GA4, Search Console, and third-party platforms (e.g. SEMrush, Ahrefs)
- Produce regular performance reports with clear insights and recommendations
- Work collaboratively with content, PR, and paid media teams to deliver integrated campaigns
- Stay up to date with SEO trends, algorithm updates, and industry best practices
About You
- Experience in an SEO role, ideally within an agency environment
- Strong understanding of on-page, off-page, and technical SEO
- Comfortable working with SEO and analytics tools (GA4, Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs or similar)
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- Proactive, detail-oriented, and eager to learn
