The Opportunity
Are you passionate about safety, quality, and driving best practice? This is a great opportunity for a proactive SHEQ Manager to join a successful SME contractor based in Cowbridge. You’ll take ownership of Health, Safety, Environmental, and Quality management across multiple live projects.
Role Overview
As a SHEQ Manager, you will be responsible for:

Developing and implementing SHEQ policies and procedures.

Conducting site inspections, audits, and risk assessments.

Delivering training and toolbox talks to site teams.

Ensuring compliance with ISO standards and company accreditations.

Producing detailed reports and improvement plans.

Promoting a positive health and safety culture across all levels.
About You
-
Proven experience as a SHEQ / HSEQ professional in construction.

NEBOSH or equivalent qualification.
-
Excellent knowledge of current H&S legislation.
-
Strong communication and leadership skills.

Able to travel between project sites when required.
