Walker & Sloan are recruiting for a well-established regional contractor in Gloucester who specialise in general construction works. They are looking for a Site Manager to oversee a variety of projects, ensuring successful delivery from start to finish.
Key Responsibilities:
- Managing site teams and subcontractors effectively.
- Ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to high standards.
- Implementing health and safety policies.
- Maintaining strong communication with stakeholders.
- Problem-solving and ensuring quality control.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Site Manager within general construction works.
- SMSTS, CSCS, and First Aid certifications.
- Strong leadership and organisational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
