Due to continued growth, we are looking for an experienced Site Manager to join their Main Construction team, delivering high-value projects across the region.
The Role:
As a Site Manager within the Main Construction division, you will take the lead on projects ranging from £5m – £20m+, ensuring they are delivered to the highest standard, on time, and within budget. You will be managing large teams, coordinating subcontractors, and driving projects forward with efficiency and professionalism.
Key Responsibilities:
✅ Taking overall responsibility for site operations and project delivery
✅ Ensuring strict health & safety compliance across all activities
✅ Managing subcontractors and direct labour effectively
✅ Maintaining strong client relationships, ensuring smooth communication throughout projects
✅ Monitoring progress, budgets, and schedules to ensure successful project completion
What We’re Looking For:
🔹 Extensive experience as a Site Manager on large-scale construction projects
🔹 Strong understanding of commercial, industrial, and residential builds
🔹 A leader who can motivate teams and drive excellence on-site
🔹 Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
🔹 Qualifications such as SMSTS, CSCS, and First Aid
