🧪 Site Manager – Cleanroom Installation (18 Month FTC)

The Opportunity

A specialist contractor is seeking an experienced Site Manager to oversee the installation of whitewall panel systems on a cleanroom facility within a live nuclear environment.

This role involves managing installation teams on a highly regulated project, ensuring works are delivered safely, efficiently and to the highest quality standards.

Role Overview

You will be responsible for:

• Managing daily installation activities for whitewall panel systems

• Supervising subcontractors and installation teams

• Coordinating site activities in line with the construction programme

• Ensuring installation works follow correct sequencing

• Maintaining communication with the Project Manager

• Monitoring health & safety compliance across site activities

• Managing installation quality control and reporting progress

• Supporting project completion and final handover

About You

• Proven experience managing construction or installation works on site

• Experience with fit-out, cladding, partitioning or specialist panel systems

• Strong knowledge of construction site health & safety procedures

• Ability to manage subcontractors and installation teams effectively

Highly desirable

• Cleanroom or coldroom installation experience

• Experience working on nuclear or high-security environments

• Experience working in pharmaceutical or manufacturing environments

Required certifications

• SMSTS or SSSTS

• CSCS Card

• UK Secure Clearance and P4 Pass
