Location: Swindon (M4 Corridor & South Coast Travel)

The Opportunity
A great opportunity for a Site Manager to join a specialist contractor delivering technically complex projects across the M4 Corridor and South Coast.
Projects include cleanrooms, cold stores, fire-rated partitioning, controlled environments and data centre works across industrial and manufacturing sectors. This role offers strong long-term progression within a business experiencing significant growth across specialist construction markets.
Role Overview
You will be responsible for:
- Managing installation and construction works on specialist projects.
- Coordinating subcontractors and site teams.
- Driving programme and delivery performance.
- Ensuring health & safety and compliance standards are maintained.
- Managing quality assurance and site documentation.
- Liaising with clients and operational teams.
- Supporting project handover and commissioning.
About You
- Experience as a Site Manager within construction or specialist fit out.
- Background in industrial, manufacturing, cleanroom or partitioning projects preferred.
- Strong organisational and communication skills.
- Comfortable travelling across multiple projects.
- SMSTS, CSCS and First Aid preferred.
